Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Assistant
watsonx Assistant helps users with their doubts/queries. we have integrated it with a chatbot as its natural language processing skills does make it feel like a human interacting and not a robot. the responses have been quite accurate and fast. it can classify information on the basis of user,time,area and create a report for it which can help in understanding business requirement.

- NLP is good but I think it can be further improved with more powerful AI models
- chatbot communication using Watsonx Assistant has helped us reduce in costs
- Fast and accurate results saving time
we are using it with integration of chatbot and NLP is been doing very well, it can handle complex queries also. we have recieved positive customer feedback stating answer to their queries was helpful to them.
