Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx Orchestrate

In my pre-sales role, I use IBM watsonx Orchestrate in various use cases, primarily to streamline or eliminate the time spent on repetitive tasks. This frees up our professionals to focus on intelligent and specialized actions. My most recent use case involved addressing LGPD compliance for a client in Brazil.

Pros

Cons

  • pre-configured agents
  • assistant build
  • I haven't seen an actual sales case yet, only POCs
multi agents, and no code develepment
develop and create multiple agents for different subjects and switch them in a simple way
In fact, they are complementary tools, as we need to train LLMs, create expert agents, etc.

The tool is very good, it needs some adjustments, but that's part of the process.
