I used IBM Watson to develop new chatbot AI for client which will advice medical Assistance to users and user can generate their reports from AI.AI can assist their medical report how much dosage and his health result can generate. Coming to IBM Watson easy to learn and implement to your project.

Using IBM Watson chatbot easy to develop chatbots and provide client what they want as per flow and easy to transform from action to dialog flow chatbot. Based on client requirement we can provided different language for each country they want. it easy to build and deploy and Go Live also.
By using multiple env we can create and provide basic CSS and HTML code also inside the dialog we can add. For speaking chatbot in IBM Watson Assistant we can speak and chatbot will respond and Action dialog by providing PDF it will answer you based end user request and provide data. For dialog just upload skill dialog it will help full for updating skills.

We build multiple chatbot using IBM Watson like dialog action and speaking recognize chatbot in the multiple language as per client required. IAM when API key required, we used. For deployment all chatbot by using cloud service to Go Live and any small CSS and HTML code also we can in dialog flow. From last 3+ years I am using IBM Watson and cloud service.

Simply we can use and learn related IBM Watson Assistant to develop chatbots in multiple language using IBM Watson. While using dialog or action chatbots we can upload pdf or document simple to database, and we can search on action it will provide answer while closely related to end user search.
