For speaking chatbot in IBM Watson Assistant we can speak and chatbot will respond and Action dialog by providing PDF it will answer you based end user request and provide data. For dialog just upload skill dialog it will help full for updating skills.

We build multiple chatbot using IBM Watson like dialog action and speaking recognize chatbot in the multiple language as per client required. IAM when API key required, we used. For deployment all chatbot by using cloud service to Go Live and any small CSS and HTML code also we can in dialog flow. From last 3+ years I am using IBM Watson and cloud service.
