I don' t have a use case but it could be Lead Generation for IBM BP's

Pros
- connect to existing appications
- provide agent with low code no code
Cons
- I think there's room for improvement with IBM watsonx Orchestrate if it provides more small use cases for SMB market
- too early but Improve process means better ROI
In my opinion, the most valuable capability of IBM watsonx Orchestrate is the Skills catalog
