Overall Satisfaction with iFax
If I have to fax something to anyone i use iFax so that I don't have to use an actual fax machine. It's the best way to send information and forms to agencies and other business that still don't use Email as a means of transmitting information between each other.
- it's easy to use
- there is a free plan for those that just need to fax a couple pages
- they send you updates and confirmations of your faxes
- I'd like to see a better free plan that offers more
- make it look more fun
- help both parties understand that faxing is outdated and email is much easier and always free no matter what.
- iFax has a fairly positive impact on my business due to it being easy and quick to send less than 5 pages to government agencies that don't use email to send documents and forms in a quick manner.
compared to other fax over the internet companies, iFax is the best, easiest and quickest one I've ever used. The other ones that I've used in the past no longer exist and should say something about iFax. They have managed to stay afloat among a sea of garbage companies that do similar things, by making it easy to use and easy to track.
