This fax service is great for the few faxes I have to send a month because it's easy and FREE! If you or your business has to use it to send more than 5 pages a month the rates are reasonable.
  • Free faxes
  • E-mail confirmations of sent faxes
  • At this time, I don't see any improvements needed
Using this service allows me to fax from my computer rather than a fax machine. I work from home and don't need to fax that often so this is a great service.

This product makes it really easy to fax paperwork right from my laptop or from my printer.
  • attaches documents
  • faxes directly to recipient
  • notifies me when fax has been deliver
  • gives me a confirmation page
  • nothing that I can think of from one use
I feel it is suited for my line of work because it is remote and computer based. I am not sure if it is HIPPA approved though.

I use iFAx to send and receive faxes. It's a useful tool.
  • sends faxes
  • clean templates
  • easy to follow instructions
  • great product.
Great for small business and those of us who don't really fax anymore in the world of scanning and emailing. Sometimes you get a request to fax and you have to scurry to the local UPS Store to fax something. This is much more convenient.

Under a ticking clock to get a single-page document to a doctor, I needed a quick-and-easy online fax service. Most services wanted to lock me into yearly plans. iFax was the easiest and most flexible. I got the doc in with a few minutes to spare, which is why I'm writing this very grateful review in the first place.
  • Simplicity
  • Ease of use
  • Quick transactions
The medical industry still relies on faxes, whereas most other sectors don't. This allows people to handle their own faxes without having to use their healthcare providers and an in between.

In the modern restaurant environment we no longer have a dedicated fax line, the needs of the business have changed drastically. There are still some areas where a fax is the most convenient way to send out information. Using iFax allows us to do this on a case-by-case basis for a small payment without having a monthly or annual fee, saving us the additional expense while allowing us the on-demand convenience of a fax when needed.
  • Provides basic cover sheet
  • Easy-to-use interface
  • Upload document easily
  • Cover sheet was good but perhaps flexibility for more options and fast keyboard entry speed (was a tad bit chunky to enter the text)
If you have frequent fax needs, I wouldn't recommend iFax. Occasional faxing for a business (up to a couple times per month) and really any faxing as an individual I would recommend iFax over the subscription models others offer.

iFax is great at helping me bridge the gap of channel communications with older technologies and todays modern tools. I'm able to send important and time sensitive documents to organizations that still require hard copies on hand and when email is not an option. Save money on overnight shipping costs, and it is more practical to use iFax services than purchasing a fax machine myself and paying for a dedicated fax line.
  • Sends Fax
  • saves contacts
  • website is user friendly
  • offers onboarding and training for your staff
  • expensive service
  • more pricing options
When working with someone that requires a hard copy of documents on their end vs a digital copy, iFax is a great resource to quicky get them what they are requesting. If the other party is okay with digital copies or there is no urgency in time fame for receiving the documents, then just scanning and emailing documents or using a currier service would be the appropriate channel I would use.

I don't have a fax machine. I needed to send a fax as soon as possible. I used iFax to send the fax and it worked like a charm. It was simple and easy to use. Although I had to do some of the initial setups multiple times, in the end, everything worked out.
  • Upload doc
  • send header
  • send fax
  • confirmed sent fax
  • profile set up
  • allow more free pages
  • affordability
Best suited if you need to send faxes and you don't have a fax machine. Best suited if you need to send between 1 to two faxes a day then if you need to send more you would have to pay. Based on a review of the prices for the paid plans, it looks kind of affordable but it all depends on the user's financial strength. Not suited if you are trying to send multiple faxes at once.

Excellent source for quick faxes. realible! I use iFax for a variety of business transactions and I haven't had a single problem. If you are a small business and watching every penny, this is the right fax program for you! I highly recommend it because it's a real timesaver, doesn't take up an inch of desk space and everything is at your fingertips.
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to send
  • Reliable
  • Plenty of options
  • Easy to pull up previous faxes
  • Would love to be able to use with iPhone
I have a medical practice and don't always have time to wait for a fax machine to connect or manage the many problems that come with traditional fax machines. iFax allows me to do everything from my desktop in a matter of seconds and records my faxes for me. Love it!

Used to fax in enrollment documents for insurance, the process was easy to enroll in and easy to use. I was able to create a cover letter with out hassle and send my message all with in 5 minutes for free. you are provided with 5 pages of free fax per month. I realistically don't think I will use it every month. Fax is an archaic system but at least there are companies in place that make it easy to do free when you occasionally have to.
  • Ease of enrollment
  • ease of use
  • free usage for up to 5 pages per month
  • a bigger free quota would be nice 10-15 pages
Ease of enrollment and ease of use were big factors for me. If someone i know needs to send a small document for some silly reason then I would highly recommend this service since it is free as long as you do not need to send more than five pages.

I use iFax once in a while to send documents when they cannot be sent digitally as PDFs. Usually it is for government-related document filing. It is almost always only 1 or 2 pages and rarely is it more than once or twice a quarter. Given this low volume and frequency, the iFax service works really well for me.
  • The sign-up to use their service was really easy.
  • The online dashboard for my account was intuitive and had a nice look.
  • Setting up the account so I was ready to send my first fax was smooth and simple.
  • Sending my first fax was very simple and took very little time.
  • I have only used iFax one time and I have not found any areas of improvement yet.
I gave iFax a 10 because for my use, their service was fantastic! I use it for 1-2 page documents that can only be received by a fax machine for the person requesting the information. I only use it once or twice a quarter. So, I think the service they provide is excellent for my purposes.

We didn't want to use our printer for faxing servies and didn't want personal fax machines for the 1 in 100 times we actually needed to fax something so someone said get the app and see if it works.
  • User Friendly
  • Quick and easy
  • Visually it could be more appealing but it's just an app so it's not a dealbreaker
If you need to send faxes from your phone.
