Great service for the price!
This fax service is great for the few faxes I have to send a month because it's easy and FREE! If you or your business has to use it to send more than 5 pages a month the rates are reasonable.

Under a ticking clock to get a single-page document to a doctor, I needed a quick-and-easy online fax service. Most services wanted to lock me into yearly plans. iFax was the easiest and most flexible. I got the doc in with a few minutes to spare, which is why I'm writing this very grateful review in the first place.

In the modern restaurant environment we no longer have a dedicated fax line, the needs of the business have changed drastically. There are still some areas where a fax is the most convenient way to send out information. Using iFax allows us to do this on a case-by-case basis for a small payment without having a monthly or annual fee, saving us the additional expense while allowing us the on-demand convenience of a fax when needed.

Use iFax online services if you don't have a fax machine.
iFax is great at helping me bridge the gap of channel communications with older technologies and todays modern tools. I'm able to send important and time sensitive documents to organizations that still require hard copies on hand and when email is not an option. Save money on overnight shipping costs, and it is more practical to use iFax services than purchasing a fax machine myself and paying for a dedicated fax line.

I Fax with iFax
I don't have a fax machine. I needed to send a fax as soon as possible. I used iFax to send the fax and it worked like a charm. It was simple and easy to use. Although I had to do some of the initial setups multiple times, in the end, everything worked out.

Try it! You'll Love it!
Excellent source for quick faxes. realible! I use iFax for a variety of business transactions and I haven't had a single problem. If you are a small business and watching every penny, this is the right fax program for you! I highly recommend it because it's a real timesaver, doesn't take up an inch of desk space and everything is at your fingertips.

Used to fax in enrollment documents for insurance, the process was easy to enroll in and easy to use. I was able to create a cover letter with out hassle and send my message all with in 5 minutes for free. you are provided with 5 pages of free fax per month. I realistically don't think I will use it every month. Fax is an archaic system but at least there are companies in place that make it easy to do free when you occasionally have to.

iFax Helps the Little Guy!
I use iFax once in a while to send documents when they cannot be sent digitally as PDFs. Usually it is for government-related document filing. It is almost always only 1 or 2 pages and rarely is it more than once or twice a quarter. Given this low volume and frequency, the iFax service works really well for me.
- The sign-up to use their service was really easy.
- The online dashboard for my account was intuitive and had a nice look.
- Setting up the account so I was ready to send my first fax was smooth and simple.
- Sending my first fax was very simple and took very little time.
- I have only used iFax one time and I have not found any areas of improvement yet.

iFax Delivers!
It is nice to have iFax as many companies no longer have fax machines. I use it to receive signatures and forms from customers. It is very easy to use and a great help to our company

User friendly, priced appropriately
We didn't want to use our printer for faxing servies and didn't want personal fax machines for the 1 in 100 times we actually needed to fax something so someone said get the app and see if it works.
