Overall Satisfaction with IgnitionOne Digital Marketing Suite
IgnitionOne is currently being used by six accounts at my agency. Several years ago, it was used all across the agency, but that has changed as competitor services have surpassed IgnitionOne's capabilities. We used IgnitionOne on clients that relied heavily on our SEM services. It was good in that it allowed us to manage multiple publishers from one place, but again it has fallen behind competitors.
Poorly. For example, Kenshoo's offering is fast, customizable, works with all publisher platforms, and more. IgnitionOne just doesn't stack up well against the competition and isn't investing in the product like it used to.
