Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
High volume and business-critical impacts, such as large hiring initiatives when mass recruitment is needed, a large number of vacancies to be filled within a short time period.
- Usability
- Practical event/registration page.
- Easy to learn for hiring participants.
- Reporting - did not receive the post-event report which caused delays in getting timely offers out.
- Inability to limit the number of interviewers entering 1 room at a time.
- Inability to remove the "Maybe" option as part of the move forward/decline options for the interviewer following the interview.
- Speeding time to hire.
- Not the best candidate experience from the traditional recruiting/interviewing method if they are not being interviewed by their actual future manager they will be reporting into.
- Reporting capability lacks in areas.
