Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

High volume and business-critical impacts, such as large hiring initiatives when mass recruitment is needed, a large number of vacancies to be filled within a short time period.
  • Usability
  • Practical event/registration page.
  • Easy to learn for hiring participants.
  • Reporting - did not receive the post-event report which caused delays in getting timely offers out.
  • Inability to limit the number of interviewers entering 1 room at a time.
  • Inability to remove the "Maybe" option as part of the move forward/decline options for the interviewer following the interview.
  • Speeding time to hire.
  • Not the best candidate experience from the traditional recruiting/interviewing method if they are not being interviewed by their actual future manager they will be reporting into.
  • Reporting capability lacks in areas.
