Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

We use it all the time. Indeed is our number one source for candidates. I am on Indeed probably 5 hours a day.
  • Virtual fairs.
  • Tracking ability.
  • Sourcing.
  • Sending applicant to us with the skills we need.
  • I think we made it easy on the candidate.
  • Need much more attention to the job fairs.
  • Need a button for if this is a sponsored job if you need sponsored.
I have used Monster and CareerBuilder.com and believe you do have a superior product.

We only use this platform so it works pretty well for how much we are on it.
I wish we received more candidates with the skill sets we need. We get a lot of retail workers and we are Telecom. But honestly, this site is very user-friendly and works great.
The hiring fair was easy and worked great. I think a button asking if they will need to be sponsored would be helpful. There are some jobs we can't sponsor for. Otherwise, this went well and functionally worked great. i did feel like we needed more candidates and we did this 10 days in advance.
