Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

Our organization specifically uses the Hiring Events feature in the Indeed Hiring Platform. We've used it mostly after the pandemic to conduct job fairs and saw great results at most of our restaurant locations. It primarily helps us bring in job fair traffic into the locations and has helped create a structure around the events.

  • Provides a list of RSVPs to follow up with.
  • Easy to use platform for Hiring Events and just posting in general.
  • More data on ROI.
  • Response time for urgent/last minute events.
  • Integration with ATS in Hiring Event platform.
  • Lowering over time costs.
  • Mass hires.
  • Improving manager interviewing skills.

Our main use for the Indeed Hiring Platform has been the Hiring Event feature. It is very helpful for larger events such as new restaurant openings or patio season staffing. We have restaurants and locations in tons of places so we see better ROI in some than others. If you are looking to just find a few people, posting a single job can help and I would not recommend a complete hiring event. Other than that I recommend Indeed Hiring Platform for the sole purpose of Hiring Events.
