Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform
The team I work with uses the Indeed Hiring Platform frequently to host virtual interview days, for various departments within the business. Most often we use it when there are multiple similar openings in one location.
- It's easy to manage RSVPs after the event, for further communications.
- It's easy for interviewers to access the platform.
- Indeed Hiring Platform managing the advertising within the provided budget is very helpful.
- We don't receive resumes in advance of events, so the interviewers aren't able to prepare as well as they otherwise might.
- In quite a few instances, it's yielded hires.
