Overall Satisfaction with Infor CloudSuite ERP

We use Infor CloudSuite ERP to run our entire business. Order to Cash, procure to pay, all areas of finance, manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution. All of our sites use the platform. From our headquarters, to plants, and distribution centers.

Pros

  • Configuration with little custom development.
  • Customer order process has flexibility to support many business processes.
  • Ability to configure and implement functionality with minimal consulting.

Cons

  • Cycle time for bug fixes and enhancements can be longer than desirable.
  • Integration with related solutions (like Infor WMS) could be improved.
  • Reliance on Birst is a negative, need to support top tier reporting suites.
  • Reduced time to execute onboarding of new facilities/warehouses.
  • Warehouse management system implementation was an exception to fast deliver and took too long to realize business value.
  • We have been able to leverage our initial investment to grow through five years of acquisitions.
There are challenges using the system when programs have varying levels of configurability.
We evaluated Epcot and Sage but Infor CloudSuite ERP was most aligned with our requirements.

My recommendation is based on our ability to manage the platform with minimal consulting and the short timeframes needed to add new acquisitions and facilities. The support from our success team helps is achieve our business goals.
