Overall Satisfaction with Infor Customer Experience Suite

We use Infor Customer Experience Suite in our organization, as mentioned below. 1) As I am working with the sales team, it helps our team to manage sales data and contact information so its decreases data loss. 2) It helps to create a ticket or in simple language, tracking of work so I can send a report to my Manager.
  • The leads come from many sources so it is possible for us to manage and handle all leads at once. Infor helped in managing leads and contracts.
  • The tracking of any data is so easily which makes to work faster.
  • I believe Infor needs to improve speed because sometimes the application slows down, and it's really frustrating.
  • Helps to manage data and contacts in our system and fetching details at month end.
  • As I user I believe its has positive ROI.
