Overall Satisfaction with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services

Informatica Intelligent Cloud is an awesome tool that is being used in specific departments of the organization where the data volume is huge. This helps a lot in making the data actionable by the non technical users. Also, this supports Salesforce integration which was the main business purpose and is very cost effective.

Pros

  • It provides near real time data replication.
  • All the transformations are simple and easy to implement.
  • It serves the purpose of eliminating the duplicate data and saving a lot of time in batch processes.

Cons

  • The User Interface can be a bit difficult to get in initial stages.
  • Error messages are hard to understand which sometimes takes a lot of time for the resolution
  • Cannot Implement complex SQL queries which should be fixed in future release.
  • Handling large volume of data quickly is saving a lot of time.
  • Outcomes of the processes have been tremendously improved.
  • Decision Making has also been improved to some extent.
