Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

Infosec IQ is being used by the whole organization. With increase in phishing messages and with cloud file sharing links, Infosec IQ helps us to determine what emails are actually legit. Infosec teaches you about phishing attacks, what to watch out for when it comes to cloud file sharing, docusign, invoices, delivery notifications, and any type of scam that may be out there.
  • Simulation Training with fake phishing emails to see who in your company might open a phishing email.
  • Provides further training if someone in the organization happens to open a simulated test email.
  • With one click you can report a phishing email with the icon "phishnotify" which sends it to your specified department to review the email further and the email gets put in your spam/junk/deleted folder.
  • Depending where the Report Phishing icon is located on your email platform, it may be easily clicked on without meaning to. But the user can actually relocate the icon anywhere on their toolbar.
  • It keeps the company safe from potential hackers.

I enjoy the functions that Infosec IQ has and I think the best of all is that the training Infosec IQ provides the company. Not only should you apply the rules and knowledge of reviewing each email carefully at your work, but you can and should also apply the same rules to your personal emails as well.
