Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

We use Infusionsoft for all of our email marketing, e-commerce and customer relationship management and it has been an amazing tool for our growth. Infusionsoft has saved us tons of time and helped us scale our business much faster.

Pros

  • Infusionsoft allows us to segment our list very effectively
  • Infusionsoft is very intuitive and allows us to create specific actions and campaigns based on behavior
  • I love how we can use Infusion for one of our other companies all in the same account

Cons

  • A little bit of a steep learning curve
  • Sometimes it can be 'buggy'
  • Faster lead conversion
  • Higher open rates
  • Much better order forms
We switched from 1 Shopping cart to Infusionsoft and the advantages are much greater.
If you are doing any sort of business online then Infusionsoft is definitely a must have!!
