Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

  • Infusionsoft is great if you're looking to combine your emailing system with a basic shopping cart. The ability to group and manage customers and emails is incredible!
  • The shopping cart is very limited, although it's getting better.
  • We've eliminated the cost of an outside email marketing system.
I think Infusionsoft is great for the right customer, but not ideal for a company whose main purpose is the shopping cart. Our company will likely stay with Infusionsoft for another year, but at some point we'll have to switch to match our growing demand.

Using Infusionsoft

1 - You need someone who learns quickly, understands your sales system/funnel, and preferably someone with basic HTML knowledge. Anyone can learn Infusionsoft, but it's important to get it set up correctly in the beginning as it's hard to make changes once you're in the swing of things. For this reason, having someone who has used a sales funnel or shopping cart is extremely beneficial.
