Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

Infusionsoft is being used by my organization to organize and manage clients and potential prospects for sales. It is being used mostly by the sales team but also across the organization. It addresses the business problems of organization and helps us schedule our interactions with leads and clients and helps us maintain good communication with them.
  • I like the dashboard that lets you see lots of data and things all together.
  • Infusionsoft is intuitive and easy to manage.
  • It is easy to search and navigate my way around infusionsoft.
  • It would be quite helpful if Infusionsoft let you tag opportunities to be more organized.
  • Sometimes when I hover over a button the menu pops down and stays showing for a long time when it should go away on its own.
  • The dashboard could be more customizable.
  • Potential for faster lead conversion.
  • Increased employee efficiency.
  • Better customer service.
I don't have enough experience with infusionsoft or any other CRM's to really know which scenarios infusionsoft is more suited for or when it would be less appropriate. And also, I don't know enough about what makes a good CRM to know the key questions to ask during the selection process.
