Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft
The whole company uses it, but it is used most our sales department. We use it to manage our current clients and prospective customers. It helps solve the vast number of contacts, opportunities and the different stages in which our different customers exist in a form that allows us to update and manage easily.
- It's pretty easy to use and find the information for each individual contact and to send automated emails and add notes
- I can find people in the system quickly if I have any part of their information
- I like being able to upload files to manage our current clients completely in the system.
- I get expanding menus that will stay open on the different tabs of the main page, it will get in the way sometimes.
- We can't put tags on the opportunities which makes it more challenging to manage the stages an opportunity might have and to organize call lists
- I would want the contacts display to be more personalized, we view them but can't edit some parts of the information or some of the information isn't displayed that we want, so we view them as opportunities but we can't tag them, and even those don't display the pieces we want all the time. (like the extension in a phone number or both phone 1 and phone 2)
- It has definitely led to faster lead conversion. We get huge numbers of cards from trade shows and we can use our smartphones and plug them right into the system and follow up quickly.
- It has also helped with better follow up on old leads. We created a stage for clients who we can't contact and it makes it really easy to follow-up in like 6 months.
- It has also increased our efficiency for the employees, especially new interns. They can't quickly get into calling and managing clients with Infusionsoft's easy to interface.
I haven't used any other similar products, I am new to the industry
