Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft
We use Infusionsoft to email customers and prospects, as well as keep in contact with our subscribers on a regular basis. The marketing team and customer service departments use it most often. This saves us hours upon hours of time since we already have the emails set up (for the most part), and we can run many things automatically.
Pros
- It's a one-stop shop, so to speak. You can do everything all in one place.
- The customer service, if I don't know how to do something is very good.
- The ease in setting up campaigns with all of the follow-up is wonderful.
Cons
- It can get over-complicated! The use of campaigns and building a campaign was a pretty big learning curve.
- Sometimes it's hard to figure out which permissions to turn on for a user, if they want to do a particular thing.
- Definitely fast lead conversion
- Employees can spend more time on customers and less time on the mechanics of marketing
- 1ShoppingCart,AWeber
Again, I think Infusionsoft is better in what we can do and how we can present our company. Yes, it's more expensive than 1Shoppingcart and AWeber, but it's well worth the investment to have our marketing run so smoothly.
