Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft
Infusionsoft was used to build client base and automate marketing.
- Availability of online customer support is good.
- Uptime is very good.
- User interface is not intuitive and very confusing.
- Learning curve is very prolonged and time consuming.
- Customer support is not geared towards the average user and frequently did not offer solutions that were practical.
- Start up package did little to get up to speed.
- Problems with email being recognized as a trusted source.
- Infusionsoft did help me clean up my database just by the process of inputting data.
Zoho- too difficult to set up. Currently using Hatchbuck which is very user friendly
