Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft
We use Infusionsoft in every part of our company. We have tried many other CRM data bases and they could not give us the tools and all the benefits all in one place like infusionsoft does. We can handle our sales, accounting, store, customers, marketing all off of our infusionsoft. It's perfect for us.
Pros
- Being able to do everything all in one place and not jump from browser to browser.
- Campaigns are a life saver. They save us so much time and pretty much do the job for us.
- Being able to keep up with our customers and our appointments and who else is in those customers is also great.
Cons
- The store front is a little complex and could be a little easier.
- Shipping as well is a little a hard to work with for our products but we make it work.
- We would love to connect LinkedIn with Infusion but can't just yet.
- A positive impact is that we now know what customers are interested and what customer need more time just by sending emails. This helps with not pressuring our customers or bothering them.

Like I have said we were using so many other applications and It was so hard to keep up with who was talking to what customer and going back and forth between the different systems. There is no comparison Infusion is better.
