Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
We use Infusionsoft as our CRM, sales funnel and email marketing tool across the organization. It streamlines our lists, allows us a better control of the customer/prospect experience and tracking.
- Campaign set up.
- IFTT (if this then that) scenarios to guide the customer through their journey.
- Response automation.
- Navigation between the features isn't as simple as it could be - takes some getting used to it.
- Setup and onboarding is easier than salesforce (and cheaper) but still not easy. Once set up it's great.
- Too early to tell but the time saving of having one location to update contacts is obvious.
