Infusionsoft is CRM and MAP?!? If it sounds too good to be true.. it was - but also a costly decision.

Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

We didn't implement InfusionSoft because it lacked the standard marketing automation features that other MAPs have, specifically dynamic content.
  • Very negative. Lost time. Lost money. Again, I wanted to take a chance on Infusionsoft and it was overall a poor experience that has not only hit my bottomline, but my time as well.
For SMBs, here's what I'd rank higher than Infusionsoft
For CRM: Salesforce, AgileCRM, Zoho
For Marketing Automation: Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot - Hey, even MailChimp has a lot of campaign features now, with Mandrill for transactional email...
I've worked with Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, MailChimp, AgileCRM, Salesforce... you name it. This is hands-down the most complicated user experience I've seen. Not only is the terminology in the application (and during discussion) not industry-standard, it's just confusing. I've heard that business that use Infusionsoft spend a lot of money on freelancers and consultants to manage Infusionsoft for them. I can see why. With so many alternatives out there, this is just not an SMB friendly tool and I'm glad it's not something my clients are on. We took a chance and we were very disappointed.
