It is used organization wide as a tool that really solves the problems of analytics. It makes accessing and understanding the data from Salesforce much easier. It also can easily set up emailed reports. The functionality and usability really differentiates itself from other products in this industry.

If you are using Salesforce to house all your customer data and if you are using multiple products this tool comes in very handy. You can extract a lot of underlying trends that you would not be able to see in Salesforce alone.
