Overall Satisfaction with Insync Healthcare Solutions

We use Insync Healthcare Solutions for all our Electronic Health Record needs. It is used in our business office, by our clinicians, through management, and via our marketing director.
  • Detailed and easily generated reports
  • Streamlined workflows
  • Outstanding customer service. Quick answer time via calls, immediate assistance, follow through.
  • Requests for enhancements can take up to a few months to implement, if at all.
  • I would REALLY appreciate the ability to create a standard detailed report & have it generated at the beginning of every month, for the month prior. Tracking metrics takes enough time.
  • Appropriate workflows for our clinician's charting abilities
  • Detailed and accurate reports that are NOT arduous to obtain. (This is particularly important to me. Has greatly assisted me in my role!)
  • The abilities is has. We like using the subsidy / sliding scale within the system, rather than in a separate program as before. The waitlist scrub is a really neat tool! Being able to add each clinician's signature for ease of signing each note. - These are small features with a big impact.
  • Implementing In-sync has made many positive impacts upon our organization.
We came from Advanced MD before. There is not enough time in the day to express my dislike for that EHR system. The average call wait time for anyone to EVEN ANSWER & greet you is near 2 hours. It's usually the 1 hr 48 min mark. THEN, the data is always skewed & reports are inaccurate. Or, not able to even be recorded / created. Insync Healthcare Solutions is roughly the same price/month, and a far better product. Very streamlined. Easy workflows. Organized, and very thorough customer support system. Quick response times, and will hop onto a screen share any time they do not understand exactly what you're asking. All in all, my calls with them are usually completely buttoned up in less than 5-10 minutes; which is great as I don't need my time wasted sitting on hold FOREVER. haha

The implementation process was excellent! We worked diligently for MONTHS to create very specific and detailed workflows to fit our needs! Additionally, we have follow up phone calls from Support staff just to ensure things are going well. This program is very well-suited for our needs.
