Overall Satisfaction with Insync Healthcare Solutions
We are a non profit that provides mental health care to the community in a couple ways- mentoring and therapy. Our receptionist uses Insync [Healthcare Solutions] to schedule for our therapists, our intake coordinator uses Insync [Healthcare Solutions] for getting patients started with their therapists or mentor, our therapists use Insync [Healthcare Solutions] for their notes and documentation, and obviously our biller uses it to submit claims.
- Combing the scheduling, notes, and billing all in one program.
- Easy to use intuitive programming.
- Excellent customer service and availability when help is needed.
- Consistency in training- we have received conflicting advice from different representatives.
- Better "start up" training, that is more inclusive of all staff.
- Insync university instructions are not always accurate with updates that have been made to the system.
- Pretty simple training that is easy for staff who may not be the most tech savvy.

- Already stated but we love that it combines the scheduling, notes, and billing all in one.
- We love the ease of use, it really creates a smooth process between departments.
- We have had some issues with the billing, but it is partially staffing and partially training- we are still working with our staff and our representative from Insync to fix these errors, so it is difficult to put the blame on Insync [Healthcare Solutions]. I believe some of it is user error.
- The conflicting information we receive from Insync support has created a lot of issues in the billing department. I would like more consistency from their support team, as I have witnessed two people ask the same question, and get a completely different answer. Again, this could be a user error contributing to the confusion, but consistent responses would be helpful to solve the issues.
We used a standard SpeedySoft program before using Insync [Healthcare Solutions], so all of our case notes and scheduling were done through a completely different program than our billing. Three separate programs were used, so having them all in one place has been amazingly helpful in connecting the different departments that work together.
