Overall Satisfaction with Intuit Enterprise Suite

The biggest reason why we went to Intuit Enterprise Suite was so we didn't have to prepare manual consolidated financial statements anymore. Intuit Enterprise Suite allows us to do a consolidated income statement, balance sheet and statement of cash flows without having to do it manually. We are very happy with this feature.

  • Cloud based solution
  • Bill pay option available to pay vendor invoices via ACH or check which is a huge time savor.
  • Workflows can be set up for invoice approval prior to payment.

Cons

  • I would like to see an option available to run income statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flows by month.
  • I would like to see an option to set up a consolidated budget to run actual versus budget reports.
  • I would like to see a consolidated accounts receivable and accounts payable listing as an available report.
  • Intuit Enterprise Suite has saved us countless hours by not having to do a manual consolidation of our seven companies.
  • Intuit Enterprise Suite has saved us several thousand dollars by having workflow approvals set up for vendor bills. With this added layer or review we have had several instances where bills came in that were either not for our company, were for the wrong amount, etc. and we were able to catch these issues before the invoice was paid.
  • Intuit Enterprise Suite has saved us countless hours by not having to cut manual checks to vendors any longer. The bill payment feature allows us to pay our vendors via ACH or check and the process is seamless.
Intuit Enterprise Suite helped alleviate a major pain point for our business. We now no longer have to prepare manual consolidated financial statements. This allows us to speed up the reporting side of each month end and allows us to spend more time analyzing the numbers as opposed to preparing them.
Intuit Enterprise Suite is very user friendly and provides all of the necessary tools to run an efficient accounting operation. Overall, I would choose Intuit Enterprise Suite over NetSuite ERP every time. Intuit Enterprise Suite has allowed us to consolidate financials without having to do so manually, the implementation process was easy and the work flows have really helped ensure that all vendor bills are being reviewed timely. I can't say enough about how good this product is.

Intuit Enterprise Suite is well suited for companies that would like to run consolidated financial statements without having to produce them manually. This has been a huge benefit and time savor for our organization. In addition, if you are in need of workflows are vendor invoice approval Intuit Enterprise Suite provides you with the ability to set up workflows based on certain types of expense accounts. This helps ensure that bills are reviewed and approved appropriately before payment is remitted to the vendor. Finally, vendor bills can be paid out of the system via ACH or check. This is exceptionally helpful in reducing admin time spend preparing and mailing vendor check payments out.
