Overall Satisfaction with Invoiced

We use invoiced to create recurring billing with our clients. It solves the problem of having to chase clients to get paid. It also allows the clients to store their payment method as auto-pay so that any future payments can be paid automatically without the input of the client. If a credit card payment fails, it will alert the user. ACH payments this is not the case as invoiced cannot get notification from the payment processor that we use (BluePay).
  • Super intuitive and easy to use
  • Lots of automated tools you can set up
  • You can use multiple payment processors -- 1 for ACH and 1 for Credit Cards
  • You can set up reminder emails for recurring payments-- all companies should implement this for recurring bills.
  • We used to be able to see the monthly recurring revenue of active subscriptions in the dashboard but they removed that feature. I don't see why they had to remove it but they are not adding it back in.

I think Invoiced is great for businesses that have recurring invoices or work with the same client over and over and you can store their payment. I don't see it as a great tool for businesses that only need to invoice one client at a time.
