Two departments in the company currently use the product. We use it to design landing pages for our clients.
- Not too difficult to use
- Able to design landing pages through a template
- UI is difficult to understand and not very easy to navigate through.
- Reporting is hard to understand as well.
- Positive impact - we pitch it to our clients and it is something is unique and sets us apart from our competitors.
I've reached out to ION support a few times and the response has always been quick and the customer service has been great!
