We build all our websites on [the] Jahia Digital Experience Platform. We do it from scratch to the end with our users. All the processes are done with the user, and [it] builds websites pretty quickly. The CMS is really easy to use, and we provide a guide, support, and training to the final user. Users are quite happy to use this product, and we have [barely had] a bad review from users. We have almost 35 websites (internet, extranet, intranet type).

Yes, [Jahia Digital Experience Platform] has 24h availability thanks to the technical team and is easy to use remotely. Managing Jahia Digital Experience Platform from home is really convenient.
They always answer on time, and the support team always tries to find out what's wrong. They really improve their product with time.
It was already used when I arrived at this job, so I can't say I [picked] this software. However, I used it 10 years ago, and I can see that they really improved the solution, and the interface is much more enjoyable now.
[Jahia Digital Experience Platform] is easy to manage and correct some mistakes by the final user to help them go through it. Jahia Digital Experience Platform is pretty easy to use with time, and they are taking our review into consideration. The only scenario where it is less suited is when a user does something wrong. It is impossible for him to go back and undo what he did.
