Overall Satisfaction with Jenzabar ONE
I currently use Jenzabar for assigning rooms, changing room assignments, checking registration status, checking gpas, checking contact information, and putting charges on accounts for disciplinary fines. It has helped me to be more productive because everything is self-explanatory and not difficult to navigate. The modules all work together so if I'm in one and have to go to another, all I have to do is choose "Previous Name" without having to key in the name to look the resident up all over again. This alone saves me lots of time when I have hundreds of residents to work with.
