Overall Satisfaction with Jenzabar ONE

I currently use Jenzabar for assigning rooms, changing room assignments, checking registration status, checking gpas, checking contact information, and putting charges on accounts for disciplinary fines. It has helped me to be more productive because everything is self-explanatory and not difficult to navigate. The modules all work together so if I'm in one and have to go to another, all I have to do is choose "Previous Name" without having to key in the name to look the resident up all over again. This alone saves me lots of time when I have hundreds of residents to work with.

Having all of this information in one place streamlines daily housing operations and supports efficient decision-making. Overall, Jenzabar One has been a reliable tool that helps me stay organized and effectively manage the student housing process.

Jenzabar ONE is well suited for registration because it allows departments like Admissions, Financial Aid, Residence Life, Registrar's Office, and the Business Office to work with students rather quickly. Everyone knows what is going on and do not have to keep redoing steps and having to make calls to see if one department has done their part before that department does its part in registering the student.
