Overall Satisfaction with Jenzabar ONE
Jenzabar is the core platform for all areas of our university. It runs multiple departments including admissions, registration, housing, events, student life, alumni office, accounting, financial aid, and advising. This is our one source of truth on who our students are, grades, billing, and a host of other functions. It really is the primary place that we put all information on students and how we manage their progression through our programs.
- Allowing students to register for classes.
- Calculating and conveying information regarding financial aid.
- Automating communications with students and other constituencies.
- Almost every module requires extensive training and building to have it function for your institution.
- Some of the automated housing matchings is difficult to set up and must be changed each semester.
