Overall Satisfaction with JetRails

Our Web Development team recommended us to JetRails for hosting our online Magento retail store and website. Our website is very customized and incurs seasonal fluctuations. JetRails ticks all the boxes for us in terms of options, budget, and, most importantly, customer service! The team over there is very responsive, I always get responses back quickly, and I even recognize the same technicians by name when they respond to my tickets. They have even gone out of their way to reach out to me when the holidays are near to make sure I am feeling good about the website. I really feel like they are part of our team and not just a vendor. I am not a technical person, I just happen to be the employee at our tiny company who is a liaison for the website stuff and it helps me sleep better at night knowing the bases are covered!
  • Lightning-fast responses! I get answers to my questions, help when needed, easy instructions, and if I take a while to respond, they continue to check-in, and don't forget about me!
  • Ability to upsize and downsize when needed for our seasonal business. During the holidays we are able to add more support for the website, and then take it back down during the offseason. Transition is always easy and painless and I get updates from our account manager often to know what is going on.
  • None: Everything I have ever needed has been addressed and resolved and our company needs are met.
  • Positive ROI in the sense that it allows us to scale up our website so that in times when traffic is very high we are not losing customers based on bad site performance.
We used HostGator in the past when our website was still small and fairly new. Easy to set up, but nowhere near the level of complexity, details, and help from actual human beings that JetRails provides.
Incredibly easy to use because I don't really have to think about it much. The most I ever use is submitting tickets when I have questions and that process is very easy, I can either go to their site or send a direct email. They do everything else for me and work with our web development team.
10/10 hands-down! Support is very fast to respond to tickets. We have an account manager who keeps me informed and is easy to work with. We also have a customer support representative who reaches out and checks in on us from time to time. I am serious when I say that they act like they are part of our company and our team, and not just a vendor. That level of support and confidence is hard to come by these days.

JetRails is perfect for our small online company. We do not have our own in-house web team, so having a company like JetRails that clearly cares about the success of our website and is patient and understanding of our limitations on technical knowledge is incredibly valuable. We originally started out on HostGator and the help and customer service was 0; we were left on our own. Working with JetRails is the opposite; it provides peace of mind and assurance.
