Scalability, Awesome People and Customer Support That is Bar-None
Pros
- Lightning-fast responses! I get answers to my questions, help when needed, easy instructions, and if I take a while to respond, they continue to check-in, and don't forget about me!
- Ability to upsize and downsize when needed for our seasonal business. During the holidays we are able to add more support for the website, and then take it back down during the offseason. Transition is always easy and painless and I get updates from our account manager often to know what is going on.
Cons
- None: Everything I have ever needed has been addressed and resolved and our company needs are met.
Return on Investment
- Positive ROI in the sense that it allows us to scale up our website so that in times when traffic is very high we are not losing customers based on bad site performance.
