Overall Satisfaction with JobBOSS²

JobBoss2 is our currently ERP system with the Time & Attendance.
The ERP software is static and not robust enough to pivot with a dynamic business environment. Required modifications are considered customizations that you need to pay consulting.
The Time & Attendance cannot be directedly exported to another payroll provider like ADP, Paychex.

Pros

  • Real Time data
  • Email of Invoices and Purchase Orders.
  • Keeps Historical Data

Cons

  • Customized Reporting
  • Missing a description field for each Invoices and each Journal Entries
  • Material Requirement Report does not include the available stock on hand.
  • The decimal points rounding is not adjustable.
  • Decreased manufacturing cost visibility.
  • Decreased visibility for inventory our management.
  • Time and attendance is old technology.

The cloud hosting is eliminates the need to maintain a local server but, it is limited in data analysis and as an Accounting and Finance tool.
The ability to see a specific description for an invoice and/or the specific description of a journal entry line item when you run a General Ledger Detail report.

Ashlee Ware- Product Support Specialist.
We had a wonderful experience with support from Ashlee Ware and she has since become a hero in our company. Ashlee helped us research and clear several open Purchase Orders from 2015 and beyond that were still showing on the open purchase orders report in 2023.
