We were handcuffed and the notes from E2 there old platform were not compatible with the other two platforms we had selected. In my experience, they were not the most helpful in trying to assist.

I believe If you need customer support this is not the company for you. I think my Senior could code and write better software. If you want to simply enter and order and ship an order that's what you get. Trying to tie purchase orders and job cost and customer cost together good luck in my opinion. I believe If you need this to grow your business then buyer beware. I have been on the phone with them so many times over the last few weeks. In my experience, it is always the same story I'm sorry it can't do that. I believe I have 5 open tickets with tech support still waiting to close one !!!
