JobBOSS is an essential software solution at our company utilized across multiple departments including sales, accounting, shipping and purchasing. It is vital for our sales records, customer records, inventory, A/P & A/R functions. The ease of use and customization is also key to our success when implementing JobBOSS across our organization.

- Customization can prove to be somewhat of a challenge to implement, but support always jumps in to assist if needed
- Can be somewhat slow/glitchy at times
- Some aspects are not that intuitive and could be more user-friendly
- Ease of use to communicate with customer/vendors
- Ability to house all inventory/pricing/costs in one place
- Consolidation of accounting data for easy reporting
