Overall Satisfaction with Jobscience
Jobscience is the primary system of record for our front- and middle-office business processes. As a staffing firm this includes being the repository for all of our clients, candidates, job orders, placements, timesheets, invoices, and more.
More than a year ago it became obvious that our legacy ATS was no longer going to be a fit for us (for reasons beyond our control) and that making a change was unavoidable. This the core business problem that Jobscience solves for us.

- The system is highly configurable.
- If you have someone with APEX programming experience, you can do virtually anything on the platform.
- Because Jobscience is built on Salesforce there are many, MANY other systems that can easily connect to it.
- There were bits of functionality that were promised during the sales process that ultimately were either not possible, or we were told it would cost extra to add.
- Their support team is very helpful, but sometimes it takes longer than one would like for items to get resolved.
- There have been times where Jobscience has made changes to our org without our knowledge, causing confusion and frustration. Something worked yesterday but doesn't today and nobody here made any changes.
- Fewer clicks needed to perform our most common tasks.
- Quick search to find candidates, companies, job orders, etc., is very quick and superior to our legacy system.
- Improved reporting on where the candidates we place come from will directly allow us greater visibility into the ROI with our job board partners.
In addition to Jobscience we considered Talent Rover, Bullhorn, and JobDiva.
- We eliminated JobDiva first because it was nowhere near flexible enough to support our ways of doing business.
- Next we decided that TalentRover, despite being a powerful system that was also built on Salesforce, should no longer be considered because it wasn't as strong a contender as Jobscience, and we didn't need two Salesforce-based systems in the running.
- Lastly, Bullhorn made it to the final round and despite the fact that its front-office product is phenomenal we had to pass on them because their back-office product was vastly inferior to what Jobscience could provide.
