Overall Satisfaction with Jolt
We use Jolt as our online food safety system. We have this in several locations where we serve guests a variety of food options. This makes tracking required temperatures easier and more efficient. It is used daily in these operations during our busy Summer season. We utilize the Lists, Labels, and Communication sections of Jolt and do not use the scheduling part because we have our own system.

I have not looked into other options. Jolt was in use when I joined the company, and we have not changed systems. Previously, I have used just paper methods to complete these required logs, which was tedious, confusing for some team members, and never completed. Jolt uses easy-to-follow questions and makes the process fun for the team - which helps to complete these tasks.
