We are using Joule for some solution around Procurement. It is a kind of bot which gives answer to all query around purchase order. One can find all queries around purchase order. For example value of PO, who is the customer, what is amount, purchase order date and others. This makes it very handy for the end user.

Joule can help one with some of the similar features around OpenText. For example, document management. Joule can go to the repository and provide all relevant details around a document.
