Overall Satisfaction with Joule

Joule CoPilot is mostly used in our organization for SAP transactions, mainly for approving invoices and thereby updating records. We use it for building custom workflows via Joule Studio as well. It is very helpful in code explanation while developing. Also, it is portable, accessible on mobile devices, which helps accessibility from anywhere, anytime.

Pros

  • Automating workflows which have multiple steps using AI agents.
  • Scalable with the SAP system.
  • Easy to navigate and use.

Cons

  • Costing of license is a bit on higher side.
  • Initial learning requires some training.
  • API integration with existing applications is slightly complex.
  • Improved productivity as the routine tasks are automated.
  • Cross application workflow automation has increased efficiency and scalability.
  • Insights are well-determined and backed by contexts using SAP data, which helps in understanding the data more clearly.
Initial learning does take time for this tool, as it has a lot of things happening and they are sometimes complex. It is a highly used tool on a day-to-day basis, and sometimes with limited intervention, I find the workflows automated. It has increased transparency amongst the team as well.

Well-suited for large and mid-sized organizations where we need quick insights from finance, HR, etc departments. Well-suited for those who want automated multi-step workflows, without much or zero manual intervention. Not well-suited for small-scale organizations due to licensing costs.
