Overall Satisfaction with Joule
We are using Joule for consultants to help our consultants. However we are struggling to help our clients due to the limited roll out in Public Cloud.
Pros
- Provides natural language context for SAP functionality
Cons
- Your roll out to S/4 public cloud
- Extensible ability to be leveraged by additional agents
- The ability for Joule to sit across multiple SPA modules and span the experience
- Soft benefits speeding up knowledge search and understanding
- LangChain and Agentforce
Joule is very basic and slow to come to market compared to Google Agentspace and AI offerings from Databricks, Snowflake
