I think there is room for improvement in Joule because, in my experience, it is a Hard and long installation process
I think there is room for improvement in Joule because it did Not explain that you need Joule studio and agents to get Joule to produce any results

Return on Investment

If we can get it to work it could provide more efficiency and effectiveness

I gave Joule this usability rating because, in my experience, Currently can't get any meaningful result
