Joule for consultant - we are using it to get the accurate documentation for all the SAP products that we are using in our landscape. It routes us to the exact solution or KBA we are looking for in SAP. This reduces the time we spend analyzing and reaching out to SAP.
Pros
- Searching sap docs.
- Going through SAP products.
- Finding solutions in SAP KBAs.
Cons
- Coming as default tool.
- Default feature is not integrated with SAP BTP.
- Default should come with the capability to create integration flows directly.
- It’s useful however it’s not coming as a default.
- helps with accurate information reducing the time we spent.
- premium edition allows to create iFlows in BTP.
As we are focused on SAP products, we did not evaluate any other services. We went ahead directly with SAP for Joule.

we have not purchased premium support because we are still in the process of understanding and exploring the optimal use cases based on which we may switch to premium in the future.
SAP helped with the intial access setup for us to explore its capabilities.
