Overall Satisfaction with JReport

ePerformax utilizes JReport for all of our realtime report automation and performance statistics. As a performance based organization, each of our 4,500+ front-line teammates receives a scorecard twice a month. These scorecards are generated and emailed out to supervisors utilizing JReport. In the past, all of our reporting was manually done with excel, downloads from the database, and merges. With the growth of the company we were not able to handle the manual work. In order for the organization to go to the next level we had to invest in a reporting software.

When ePerformax went through the motions of determining which software to choose, we did proof of concepts with multiple applications. None were able to compare with JReport with flexibility and implementation time. We are constantly finding ways to utilize JReport.
JReport can fit in any organization, big or small. Don't second guess this software. If you want a package for any reporting or analytical reasons, JReport is the software you should choose.
