Overall Satisfaction with Kantar Marketplace

Kantar provides a simple way for us to get competitive intel and insights to help build out scaled opportunities for our business. The Marketplace product has unique insights from a market research perspective that allows us to better understand the needs of our customers (in our case, agency-based) and respond to their needs in a more directed way that makes it much more realistic for us to win new business.
  • Provides the ability to utilize a decision-making matrix for comparisons.
  • Allows our marketing team to have a seat at the table in driving incremental sales lift.
  • Helps us accelerate new product development through real-world consumer R&D and testing.
  • The platform can be confusing to navigate at times; UX could be simplified.
  • Ability to utilize more competitive datasets would be helpful.
  • Sometimes takes a while to return data and build out full insights.

More competitive pricing and much strong data backed insights on real customers. It was also important for us to be able to utilize this solution for real-world decision making and the customer matrix developed through this tool is instrumental in doing so. This is a valuable tool in our marketing department and for sales and BD as well.

By doing so, we are able to better focus our offerings on the specific needs of our clients and win business that might otherwise be at risk. This tool helps us better predict sales and scale our products to our clients. By utilizing it, brands can unlock new insights into their customers, backed by real data and analytics.
