Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster

Currently being used to load balance our exchange servers and DAGs. We are [u]sing to Kemp devices to allow us to run updates on one Kemp at a time if needed. Having redundancy is a plus. We are also using the KEMP to limit services that we are using on Exchange, to limit external access.

Just a great product, haven't had any issues.
Always available and assisted me with questions or resolutions. We had a migration and they were aware of the process. We had to make adjustments such as using templates, which assisted the process so much easier on the Kemp. They also knew information on the exchange side that provided confidence to us that they know what they are doing.

Well-suited for a larger exchange environment where there are multiple CAS\DAGs. If it's just one exchange server it will still do a good job if you have 2 Kemp devices, but it may not warrant the extra expense if it is a small environment. But if email is critical, then having Kemp is a must.
