While needing to contact support for their product is rare, when we do it is always a pleasurable experience. Their Techs are USA-based, practical, very knowledgeable, detailed & responsive. The last time we needed their support the root cause actually ended up being unrelated to the Kemp LoadMaster itself, but an obscured downstream failure of our own equipment. The technician helped flush-out this issue via verbose logs and packet captures, explained why the Kemp was behaving as it was designed in this situation, suggested remediation tactics and still followed-up on his promise to keep the case open until we had implemented a solution to the downstream issue, and fully tested it with him afterward.

When we were looking into a new load balancer, we were able to get all our questions answered from Kemp. Once we purchased the product, we got all the help we needed regarding setup and configuration documentation, which were very easy to read and understand, and made it very easy to set the Kemp up ourselves without much help.

You get what you pay for with support. In the beginning we started with the business hours support and now we get the 24/7 on all of our units. When something breaks you know it's going to be in the middle of the night and on a weekend. If you are making your apps highly available then you need the 24/7 support to go with them.

The Kemp support team answers fast with revelant information.
The support knows that your time is important and does not ask for useless information. They don't ask for the 10 past years logs or what you have eaten last day (no link to your issue, you know, but probably you got such weird questions with some other vendors)

I have never had a time when I needed help and did not get it. In 10 years we had one Kemp fail, it was a HD failure. I opened a ticket, they sent me a return label, I sent it back and a fixed Kemp was sent back. We don't have next day because we run two Kemps in a cluster. So I racked it up and joined it to cluster, than it was back like nothing happened. All the while end users never noticed anything changed.

Their support is always very responsive and knowledgeable when I have worked with them. Even when I cold call with an question they are able to diagnose very quickly. Their how to articles for things like updates are very accurate and thorough. Even with an email ticket I have yet to wait more than an hour for a response.

Support has been easy to deal with; I have only need[ed] to contact them a few times during setup.
Once its been in place and operational, we have not need[ed] to mess with the system [which] is a huge
advantage. I like system[s] that do not break and require constant attention in a production environment.

I have only had to contact Kemp Support a handful of times. Each time I put in a support ticket, I received a call within 30 minutes. Each engineer I worked with was knowledgeable and had us on a quick path to resolution. I never had to wait or ask for anything to be escalated.

First off, the support is US based which is a big plus. Quick response to my call for support is another. I had a case opened for a week and had to interact with a few different engineers from KEMP. They all provide great knowledge and expertise on their product and provided me with a few tips on how to set things up properly.

Every time we have to call, it's usually a question on how we can do some weird things we want to do with the system, and every time they have the answer we are looking for.
Also when we call in, we get the top level of support, we aren't going to a ticket creator who doesn't know the system. This saves time and headaches.

Always available and assisted me with questions or resolutions. We had a migration and they were aware of the process. We had to make adjustments such as using templates, which assisted the process so much easier on the Kemp. They also knew information on the exchange side that provided confidence to us that they know what they are doing.
