Overall Satisfaction with Kemp LoadMaster

Kemp [LoadMaster] is used as our load balancer for internet-facing web servers. It balances loads across all servers and also sends traffic based on the target URL. Their support has been extremely helpful with any issues we have faced so far and I have been able to solve all problems over a single call.

Pros

  • [It is] easy to set up virtual servers.
  • It is extremely stable and efficient.
  • Support is readily available and helpful.

Cons

  • [The] renewal process can be better/automated.
  • [It is good] value for [the] money.
  • Post-purchase experience is good.
  • [It is] easy to implement.
F5 [BIG-IP] has more features, but for our requirements, Kemp [LoadMaster] had all the features we needed and was a significantly more economical option.

Kemp [LoadMaster] is an affordable solution for enterprise needs and can handle a large volume of sessions. Deployment is easy and stable and if any help is needed, support is extremely helpful and friendly. I have not had any issues with this product or after [purchase] so far.
